Strategy:
1. Remove all sweet treats from the house.
2. Replace them with unsweetened alternatives (sugar-free gum, unsweetened yogurt, etc).
3. Eat more protein to suppress cravings.
Results:
Achieved in 2 days 6 hours, 30 minutes.
